Plan data center campuses
on real ground
A 3D planning environment that starts from the actual site: public-domain aerial imagery at true scale, real street networks imported as editable roads, and a library of true-dimension infrastructure assets -- from Megapacks to substations -- placed, wired, and presented in minutes.
The planner is open during development. At release, partner access keys will be issued for production use. Current output is conceptual planning material -- not surveyed, approved, or engineering-certified.
How it works
Three steps from address to presentationSearch an address or paste coordinates. The project georeferences itself -- UTM zone, local frame -- and everything you place lives in real meters from that point on.
Fetch public-domain USDA aerial imagery for named sectors of ground and import the surrounding street network as editable, correctly-widthed roads. Field-verified to real-world scale.
Lay out parametric buildings and infrastructure at true dimensions, wire power and utilities through typed ports, branch scenarios and compare them, then flip to presentation mode for a living daylight view.
What's inside
Built for infrastructure, end to end23 true-scale assets across 14 categories: energy storage (Tesla Megapack at true 8.81 m dimensions), substations, water and wastewater plants, public safety, healthcare, telecom, and more -- each with live parametric properties.
Name rectangles of territory, fetch USDA NAIP imagery per sector at 0.6 m/px resolution, and keep texture memory flat: the active sector renders sharp, the rest render lightweight overviews.
Roads, ponds, and footprints are draggable control polygons with per-corner rounding. Every parametric asset exposes its real parameters -- tank diameter, clarifier flow, hospital wing depth -- and reshapes live as you type.
Branch alternatives with independent undo histories, diff them side-by-side in a comparison table, snapshot and restore. Each scenario maintains its own state through the full project lifecycle.
Connect typed ports across assets -- a Megapack has 480 V AC power plus controls/data; a hospital has power, water, wastewater, thermal, and fiber. Power and water flow animates network edges in presentation mode.
Export portable JSON projects and written Markdown summaries listing every object, network, scenario, and data source with full attribution. Dual units (ft/m) with metric storage underneath so nothing drifts.
